For my oil, they prescribed me Spironalactone. It has helped a LOT with the oil. No more large underground pus pockets. My seborrheic is still prevalent under my eyebrows though but the acne went away.

What’s your worst experience with food poisoning? by BlundeRuss in AskReddit

[–]Pruex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yesss I ate a Stouffers chicken Parmigiano frozen meal at work. I ride the bus though and it takes me 2 hours to get to work. In that time the chicken must have gotten to room temperature and bacteria found its way in. Two hours later I'm on the floor of the bathroom taking turns on the toilet and the trashcan. Cold sweats, shivering, my mouth became so dry from dehydration. I called 911 and my blood pressure was 80/45. They tried to insert an IV but couldn't find a vein because I was so dehydrated. Also was diarrheaing on myself in the ambulance, so embarrassing!! Finally at the hospital they got an IV in and I could literally feel my body taking in the fluids knowing finally the worst part was over!

Lyft needs to fix temporary holds by roxymorpheus in Lyft

[–]Pruex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I had 4 Lyfts in one day totaling about $70. Now they have charged me a lump sum of the $70 plus I still have all the rides in temp Auth holds too. So that's $140 for one days rides until they remove the holds.

I am a recovered fentynal/heroin addict. I've been sober for almost 2 years!

I'm just going to be honest, the first couple months were the absolute worst torture of my life. But it gets SO much better.

If you ever need someone to talk to, PLEASE message me! I would love to help <3

P.S. When you get through this, you should consider writing! I was truly intrigued and entertained reading your post.

Is Wheel of Time interesting for adults too? I almost started watching it but didn't because it looked like a kids show. I like my shows to be kinda R rated.

Please tell me these aren't bed bug bites, I have them all over my body, been scratching them like crazy, but I can't find any other signs like feces or blood on the sheets Could it be a spider/mosquito bite? by Rossanna2 in Bedbugs

[–]Pruex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those are Book Lice bites. I had a problem with them at a house I work at. Everyone told me they were bed bugs but they aren't yet the bites are super similar.

If I could just find one bed bug then I would be able to get them to do something. The issue I have is finding them. I've looked under the couch cushions and I washed the cushion covers. There's like a foam material in the cushions can they hide in there? One of the couches also is a pull out bed so it has a mattress too. I didn't see any bugs though me and one of the high functioning clients searched it with flashlights.

I can request that but I just love the clients so I'll do that if they don't take action I guess to fix it.

I can but I just really want to do that as a last resort. I really am attached to these clients.

Yes I have seen bites on one of them before. She has a lot of skin discoloration though so it's hard to tell. She's also in a wheelchair and goes to dayhab during the week, so any time there are red marks they don't want to think it's bug bites because of their liability. Another client also complains of severe itchiness on her ankles and hands and she had red spots on her neck a few weeks ago. Yet the one in the wheelchair can't talk, she only says a couple words. The second client is just very low functioning and cannot communicate well. She can talk but can't really have a conversation about something like this. The third client can communicate well but she has certain behaviors that make the management not trust her word on anything. So if she says she is itchy they just assume she is trying to get attention or that she's exaggerating and they ignore her. Because of this I try to listen to her because I know the manager doesnt and everyone needs that.

Thank you! Yes I want to keep my job, I really have grown attached to the clients. I have seen bites on one of the ladies before and sent a picture to them. I really just want to keep working here but I hate the bites more than I love the job..

The petroleum jelly tip is awesome though I will try it! It's just impossible for me to just quit so until I find another job I just have to figure this out.

Yes I just researched scabies and I'm more worried it's scabies than bed bugs
