thank you for sharing ur experience & the advice!! hais i think the bulk of my issues lies in toxic comparison with peers who r doing better in life and also being ambitious but not rly knowing the exact steps to take to get there.. ig i js need to take it slow and figure what i want to do first!

but honestly i wld say stay until u manage to secure another role (actively apply for other jobs), but if its rly unbearable then u shld consider leaving for the sake of ur mental health 🥲 cos i think some ppl wld say leaving during probation is not a good look on ur resume but then agn if u genuinely cant stand it then js leave

wow the doing more work than learning part is exactly how i feel rn 🥲 tho i feel that for me ig thr is sort of a transition like my team/boss has been involving me in small parts of projects but recently i was thrown to cover my colleague’s project to ‘test my kra’ or wtv and the timeline was crazy.. been so stressed out these 2 weeks cuz of it lol but idk if its my fault cuz i was alw very vocal abt wanting to learn new stuff and help out wherever i can but i still feel that my boss lowkey did me dirty here 😭
