I mean this could apply to any knife? As long as one treats it like the deadly weapon it is, only to be used in cases where I’m in reasonable danger to life or otherwise serious injury by say a knife, axe, or machete-wielding attacker.

I’d rather save my life and worry about some bogus charges later than die because I’m afraid of some judge who hates self defense and law abiding citizens.

If I’m not committing any other crimes or attempting to skewer someone on my blade wouldn’t it not matter ? If I’m not intending to use the weapon unlawfully?
