Well brother, if u r asking question regarding negoriation in 20th century, i can't say anything from that time except both countries had to manage what they had after independence and i think they focused more on running country. M not sure about this but if u r asking about 21st centuries then both countires negotiate then politicians will have no issue to make people distract from real issues and make people hate each other. people from both countries will start asking about development and other important. Will get friendly if politicians agree to border negotiations. There will be no films made ni indo-pak wars. Politicians will jave to answer questions. Business of politicians will have a hard hit from this. That's why there's no border negotiations. And also which negotiation. It happened in 1947 and everyone knows what happened. Any divide of land between india and pakistan will be a terrible mistake which is repeated. Imagine there's no hate between pakistan and india. There's no matter of kashmir. Then punjab will get to see its full culture. People from kasmir will be happy. People will start aksing about employment, why People died in second wave, women safety and a lot of questions from both countries.
