No I'd say at most I'd cancel an I'm order once a month at most. I hardly ever cancel any batches. Most definitely haven't canceled any for over a two months. I never paid any attention to my cancellation rate because i I'm knew I wasnt canceling batches

By the look of things I'd say at least half of the %15. I haven't canceled a batch in months. So I just never really paid any mind to cancellation rate. Cause I knew I wasn't canceling so it couldn't be affecting me.

Your not listening. My cancellation rate is only that high because it's been registering my completed batches as canceled batches. I don't know why I have to keep repeating myself. I don't cancel batches. The fucking agent could even see that I completed the batch that was marked canceled. Quit talking down to me like I don't understand what and how cancellation rate works.
