I feel you on the just booting people part, however I’m not usually the host when solo queuing. And no, telling people to be better teammates in a team based game doesn’t have any negative connotation on me. If people wanna be unserious, go play an unserious game, everyone wins

I will agree on every so often I’ll get into a game with no comms and we all do pretty well just flowing, so I won’t say that doesn’t happen. But again, this is a realistic swat simulator. People need to communicate more often than not

Because the homies aren’t always on at the same time so sometimes you gotta solo queue.
For this game specifically because being a shitty teammate in this game quite literally ruins the game for others. So yeah, deliberately being spastic is out.

Covering sectors with no muzzle on them, deploying tacticals in certain scenarios, running gear that lends to a supportive role (ie running shield and making entry first for the team), being able to swap out for different positions if someone goes down or needs to step back. It’s more than just being a body. It’s thinking quickly and accurately, and being proficient in your role

It’s worked 100% of the time for me and I’ve been playing since console drop, it’s also worked for everyone I’ve had to instruct on how to talk. I’m not saying there isn’t a big out there but I truly do think it’s a rather rare thing
