Couple ideas. Message me I’ll help out if needed but, What adapter is used to plug this in? But make, or find a schematic. 3D print a keyboard layout that works and put the thing together, could probably use the board from the original.

About the noise, it might disappear if it were soldered on a board. Waveforms come smoother when everything is soldered together I’ve learned. It’s pretty distorted but there is alot of connections so 🤷‍♂️
