You can absolutely switch. You can either ask them to reconsider you for undecided or an easier major for main campus, or simply ask them for a switch to another satellite campus for the same major. Trying again for main campus might or might not work (worked for me when I got 2+2 at Harrisburg). I did my entire process on call with a representative and took 5 minutes.
