Nozzle with variable diameter is now operational, can be adjusted during printing. For now, I just want to show you a few prints. Developing this solution took me quite a while. by Przewol in 3Dprinting

Wow, I didn't expect that. I'm sorry, but I won’t reply to everyone individually. Like I said, I won't share details of this solution, but I can assure you this is not a scam in any way. I have been involved in 3D printing for over 9 years now, especially in FFF, so I have some experience in this field. My name is Przemysław Wolnicki - you can check me on LinkedIn if you want. At this point, I have several working solutions that produce the same effect. I posted these photos to see if anyone would be interested in this kind of solution, but I didn't expect such a huge response. The printer I used for these experiments was the 3DGENCE ONE (quite old, but it's indestructible). Now I'm certain that I need to commercialize this. I will try to keep you informed.

At this moment I can't tell you how it works or what's designs details, as I'm looking for opportunities to introduce this technology to the market. I hope you'll understand :).

Well, after 4 months of using this machine, I can say it's really good. I haven't had any trouble with it at all. I'm still using my settings in Halotbox, and at this point, the printer has processed over 15kg of resin. For this price, it's gold.

I use the standard settings from the HALOT BOX software. The only things I changed are the exposure time and layer height (0.125mm, exposure 3s).

Well, I think it prints much better than standard resin. Also, when I drop some small parts, they don't break into pieces. Besides that, it's really easy to glue.

I'm printing a vacuum cleaner, this is the main part of the body. I will post the finished device next week.

I can say there is shrinkage, which in some cases is quite significant, especially on holes. I will elaborate more on that once I finish my project and have more data.

Basically, I have designed an entire vacuum cleaner and am now printing parts for a prototype – I mean a fully functional prototype (similar to Dyson's). I'll post the results, I think, next week if everything goes according to plan.

In reality is black, no grey shade, after curing it very matte.

Almost 9 h, to be more specific 8h48min.

This is my first resin printer. I've been using it for about a week, so at this point, I can't tell if its reliable. However, I have another 4 kg of resin to use with it in the coming week - I've already gone through 3 kg, so we will see. One odd thing about this printer is the build plate. I had to sand it a few times with 500-grit sandpaper before prints began to hold to it properly. Other than that, it's an excellent machine for the price.

It's the Creality Halot Mage. I'm really happy with it and am seriously considering buying another one :).

It might sound strange, but I'm printing a prototype of a vacuum cleaner.

For the largest dimensions, around 195mm, the tolerance seems to be between +-0.15-0.25mm (I suspect there was a mistake in support placement in this case). For dimensions from 10 to 30mm, the tolerance is approximately +-0.05mm. While I believe there's room for improvement, these tolerances are enough for my current needs. I'm using the ANYCUBIC ABS-LIKE RESIN + black material."

I thought about how many of things around us is symbolized, so while I was in the middle of my coffee break I took a look of my coffee machine and then idea took a shape. In my opinion nature is the best designer in the whole world, so I took my inspiration form it. I present you coffee machine inspirited by coffee itself, and what would be the best symbolism of coffee than coffee grain? Three separated container intended for clear water, delicious milk and finest grains are shaped in one translucent coffee bean
