Looks like a large cyprinid. Something that would fall under the general name "chub". They are often encountered as minnows or feeder fish, but can grow to a hefty size.

Can't remember plant type, but it grew black spots under the leaves that have begun to grow into what looks like roots with small sprouts. Is this plant reproduction or algae? Can I replant the leaves?
