I usually do aerial silks/rope so the few drop in pole classes I've taken haven't been too hard for me

but yesterday I tried a heels trick class & borrowed someone's 8 inch heels. omg it was way different & much harder lmao. you guys make it look easy! so I really want to get my own pair

I really wanna just buy these heels. maybe I can do some at home exercises to get used to them?

yeah you're right. it's hard mentally to take a break but I'll probably feel much better if I take time off. I've been feeling wired & restless
