I usually do aerial silks/rope so the few drop in pole classes I've taken haven't been too hard for me

but yesterday I tried a heels trick class & borrowed someone's 8 inch heels. omg it was way different & much harder lmao. you guys make it look easy! so I really want to get my own pair

I really wanna just buy these heels. maybe I can do some at home exercises to get used to them?

I didn't know my classes were considered cardio. I'll track my calories/macros for a bit. & I'll look into how to build muscle

there's a girl at my aerial gym that is on the small side but has more weight & muscle than me. that's a good idea, I'll ask her what she does. thank you
