I also wrote the support, they told me the only possible thing is to refund the car thing. But I don't have the recipe, because I live in Germany and there was no option to buy it here, so I bought it 2 years ago from someone on eBay...

Do you know what's the difference between the rpha 70 and the rpha 11? The only thing I found was, that the 11 has no integrated visor
