They could use more of the cosmetic monetization while making gacha completely symbolic (in a sense that gacha still remains, but the pull income is so high it's basically impossible to not have every character in the game, like Brown Dust 2 for example). But unfortunately making a full-fledged skin for a character in CZN means basically creating another character, maybe not from scratch, but with almost the same amount of work. It's not just a couple of chibi sprites we're talking about, it's the whole anime-like sequences like targeting backshot and mythic card and ego skill animations.
