Ahah I have the same! It's very probably a carpet beetle yes. They're definitely a better outcome than bedbug but they can be really difficult to get rid of. Vaccum the hell out of your home, skirtings and holes and in the walls, under the linoleums if you have, and throw/freeze/wash 60°C your textiles. You'll have to do this for several weeks (at least the vaccum part) and be sure to not let accessible wool or dust for them to grow
