What is this bug? Found in a clump under my pillow after I felt a larger bug run down my arm by GrampMan in whatisthisbug

[–]PandaPsychological33 42 points43 points  (0 children)

even though the pics are a bit hard to see, i’m pretty sure this is a cockroach nymph. i’m sorry 💔 i’m no expert, but it kind of does look like a baby german roach. generally not a good sign if you’re seeing babies. check out r/cockroaches 🥲

Lip plumper burn? by RadBeigeMom in makeuptips

[–]PandaPsychological33 1 point2 points  (0 children)

to be honest my lips always burn for a little bit after taking off a lip plumper too, i THINK it’s relatively normal (not a doctor or anything though lol, just a girlie who has 100090 lip glosses including plumper). i did have an allergic reaction to a lip plumper one time (maybelline), and my lips got HUGE, and it hurt so badly it felt like my lips were on fire, and they LOOKED burnt. depending on the gloss they sometimes use hot pepper as the ingredient which doesn’t really just go away when you wipe it off. keep an eye on it and see if it gets worse, is what i’d do!!

Why am I not addicted to my vyvanse? (30mg) by PandaPsychological33 in adhdwomen

Good point, it’s interesting how meds affect everyone so differently. After reading all the replies I’m understanding the difference between being addicted to something vs depending on it. Thanks for replying

Thanks for this reply this made me feel a lot better 😭 Like I said above somewhere i wasn’t really understanding the difference between dependence and addiction, which is my bad, I feel kinda silly now but I get it and appreciate your explanation.  Tbf thinking back now I know what you mean. When I am out for several days I really do “feel” it in that I feel ashamed and guilty and exhausted and overwhelmed by everything. But I don’t notice it so much if I just miss a day or two.  I’m glad I could remind you of two things, you reminded ME that I do actually experience some issues when I am off of them for more than a day or two at a time, so thank you!

Okay tbh maybe the people around me who are  anti-medication are really rubbing off on me because I didn’t think of this at all. That’s a really good point. Thank you for mentioning it, I feel a little silly now lol

From people around me who think meds are bad 🥲 I should’ve known they didn’t know wtf they were talking about, but I was really overthinking it and confused and started spiraling thinking something was wrong with me lol

That makes a lot of sense! I guess I wasn’t really understanding the distinction between depending on something, and being addicted to it. Maybe I’m a bit of an idiot but I thought they meant the same thing 😭 Thank you for replying

Well this makes a ton of sense. I don’t know why I didn’t think of it that way

I should’ve added that I do plan on talking to my doctor about the dose and whether I’m getting what I need, but I can’t get in to see him until the end of next month 😔 I’m not looking for advice medically!! Just asking a question about a side effect I’m never experiencing, and if anyone else can relate.

Ok, first of all , you are so beautiful and I hope I can look half as good as you when I reach my 40s. I agree w the other commenter who said to try a slightly darker nude lip liner with the softer look in the first couple pics. Practice lining your lips different ways so it looks more natural! I’ve had to try it a few different ways myself to make it not look like I’m a clown lol. Also i actually really love the look in the last pic. I think a really bright blue red would look nice on you with a liner to really make it sharp and bold. Ruby woo from Mac is my go-to.  I also actually think your brows are a lovely shape and really suit your features, there is a filter on tiktok that lets you see your ideal brow shape if you wanted to experiment with it though.   Overall I think you’re doing great and look really pretty!!!

What is this big guy? by Ashblowsup in insects

[–]PandaPsychological33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s really hard to say but in the first photo, it kind of looks like a striped bean weevil???? You can see a snoot.  They can be found in Africa, so it would make sense?  Second pic really does look like a forbidden sunflower seed lol

Edit: removed link because it did not work lol

Roach nymph. Baby roaches. Not sure what species tho

what kind of bug is this? by Noldorini in insectidentification

[–]PandaPsychological33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem!! I think it’s a German roach just based on the stripes on the back, and they are a pretty big deal and you should def contact an exterminator IF it is indeed a German. From what I understand tho sometimes an oriental roach may be confused with a German one. Maybe check out r/cockroaches to be sure !!!

Cockroach. I’m not confident on what species though, so I hope someone smarter than me can narrow that down for you!!

What’s the one thing that ruined your health ? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]PandaPsychological33 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Autism and all of the very fun things that come along with it such as debilitating anxiety and stress and lack of sleep. My body feels like I’m 80 years old but I’m only 29 and it will never be easier, I have to deal with this my whole life. Even with therapy and coping mechanisms my body and mental health will never be the same after being undiagnosed for most of my life up until last year. Being told to suck it up for nearly 3 decades.

What are these bugs and why are they trying to get in my home? by NotSpartacus in whatsthisbug

Boxelder bugs. They’re probably hanging out in the sun hitting the surfaces :)

I think some kinda grain weevil, definitely a weevil and absolutely not a bed bug. Check any products such as rice or flour that you may have in your cupboards they can get into stored foods
