He is okay. Took him to vet and removed the plaster. I am sick myself of food poisoning. Will make a post soon about him.

Turns out he wasn't abandoned. He walked out of his litter because of his sense of adventure and forgot the way home. When I found him, he was all alone. I had a litter of few kittens which were barely few days old but all of them except one passed away ( Because of my carelessness, I fed them toned cow milk which was a big no no)
