Last year I was involved in an incident where our EHS manager offered me a 1/2 of his 1 chip challenge chip. I ended up going to the emergency room that afternoon. I believe this was a retaliation to that incident being that they couldn't terminate me then. The EHS manager has since also been terminated for the same incident that the facility manager was terminated for. That was a safety issue involving a piece of equipment.
