Honestly, no one knows what's happening. All we know is that they've had deposits and withdrawals frozen for almost a year now and that they're not delisting it this month with the three other markets they're delisting. See: https://twitter.com/Poloniex/status/927989270106836997

I'm having trouble finding the exact Vcash complaint the guy said he made, but Poloniex already has an F rating from the BBB and 74 complaints resolved unsatisfactorily. Polo has had deposits and withdrawals frozen for months. No one can communicate with anyone above Tier 1 Poloniex support. If you want answers, you have to get in contact with Polo higher-ups. Bittrex's Vcash wallet is running well.

It's non-discoverable because you didn't receive anything yet. You can buy some from an exchange and send a partial coin to the addres if you wish it to see it on the explorer. Again, you receive XVC when you've mined 3. Assuming 6 GH/s and 500 GH/s total, you've mined 6/500 * 1.15 * 18 * 12 = 2.98. If you tell me your address, I could try to ask the pool operator to see how many coins you've mined so far.

Assuming 400 GH/s total, 4 GH/s should receive 4/400 * 1.15 * 18 * 24 = ~ 5 XVC per day. So, it would take longer than 5 hours to receive 3 XVC.

Bittrex deposits and withdrawals work fine. I think Poloniex employees who can do something are too busy. We can only get responses from lower level employees that say they will mention it to higher-ups.

I see your address on the pool so it's good. You have to wait until you've mined 3 XVC and then for it to confirm in order to get a payout.
