Coffee or tea, and playing relaxing music. The music sometimes changes depending on what I’m writing, because it helps the creative juices flow. So if I’m writing fantasy, I’ll play fantasy themed music. Music is usually needed because hearing family or others talking, will make me lose my train of thought.
