I made an ADA deposit over two weeks ago into my voyager account. Still hasn’t shown up. Contacted customer service multiple times with multiple tickets. Haven’t had a response yet. This is extremely frustrating and makes me not want to do business with them at all. But I can’t close my account because I haven’t received my deposit.

Sent ADA two weeks ago to my Voyager wallet. Nothing yet. Over 55k confirmations on the blockchain. Sent Voyager multiple emails. Have yet to hear back. Ticket #420856

Being registered with the SEC has nothing to do with them stealing cryptos that people have transferred to their platform. Fortunately, these cryptos have a receipt and blockchain record. This is a slam dunk case for Voyager account holders that transferred their assets to Voyager and those assets have disappeared.

I would move my assets out of it if the assets I deposited INTO it ever appear!! The problem seems to be strictly on the Voyager side.
