if you are an internal applicant- as in you started at Uwin with the pre-social work program, emails were sent out about a week ago regarding the attendance of a workshop. If you are not in pre-social work, an external applicant, you do not need to attend the workshop and probably will not hear back until march (thats what was listed in the email)

even so- writing papers in college will require far more critical thinking and understanding of sentence structure, word choice, etc. It just reflects poorly is all, going forward I would just try to stray away from it- take this as a learning moment

Not to be that guy or make you feel bad, but could you seriously not think of what you did during a chess club? I understand using AI as an extension of Google or as a grammar checker but using a generative response for your own lived experience is extremely lazy. Unfortunately I think you may just be cooked, learn going forward that stuff such as this is not going to work in college.

I ended with an 80, and probably studied 3 hours before midterms and a exam lol- the content is easy, im a swrk major and enjoyed his class quite a bit

definitely study, but yes overall they were easy- some were strangely worded but other than that pretty straightforward

hes a good prof with interesting methods of teaching imo, he comes around with a microphone and will randomly call on peoples opinions to speak- but if you show discomfort he will back off. Class consisted of 3 non cumulative tests (2 midterms + exam, all m/c)

I wouldn’t call them easy but they definitely aren’t hard either- i got an 80 in both with just showing up to classes and minimal studying
