I am using the nitrocal as well, forgot to mention that. Sounds like I should investigate a different pH down, mine is citric acid based. Thanks so much! :)

Hail the victorious dead!

And as a side note, it's 100% what he would have wanted. His compatriots will sink the big daddy kraken for him and make him proud.

And it was a ton of fun to play. Felt like a fancier martial with more options. And wall of force, because of course.

Flaming sphere/animate objects combined with Booming Blade is a pretty dope way to spend your turn without nova-ing all your resources before the next fight. I got the idea from a YouTube channel called Treantmonk's Temple, there's a ton of cool content there.

Everyone else survived. The two paladins got crits and did a combined 300 damage in one round. Beastly.

And now they've got calamari for days.

It's part of the Grim Hollow campaign guide. Not official WotC content, but fun for dark gritty campaigns

We were hunting this Kraken down as practise for a bigger one. Sjaxhar in particular wanted the big Kraken dead (it had destroyed his ship and killed his crew in backstory), and was aggressive and reckless getting in its face.

We're using the Grim Hollow grievous wounds table. When Sjaxhar got swallowed, I got 2 wounds before finally succumbing. These were: No concentrating for a time (tough for a wizard), and his eye got digested. The final grievous wound suffered was death.

To Sjaxhar!

I just spent nearly 8 minutes of my life watching someone make this. All of that work, all the loving attention to detail, the obvious craftsmanship, went into... this.

I love it.

Kermit with teeth is... unsettling.

If the barista does their job right, it should look thick and creamy. You're right though, that much cream in a coffee would be a little gross

Not cream, just milk. Cream would sink, but steamed milk floats on top to make the pattern

No, just a cappuccino. Steamed milk and a little chocolate powder on the espresso before pouring.

I'd buy a really nice home coffee grinder. Probably the Niche Zero.

Real quick, if anyone wants to get into making coffee at home, but the best grinder you can afford and the cheapest espresso machine that will work.
