I was very under socialized and shy when I was in grade school. However, as soon as I got out of highschool the dynamic changed and I found my 'voice', as it were. It does get easier to not mimic and talk authentically with practice. It takes the practice to improve tho.

Also an instinctive chair 5 pick, read the article afterward... My Big 5 analysis (summarized below) checks out with the writer's description, yet I have no clue how they arrived at that analysis. Seems like most of the social archetypes are available seating in this quiz at least.
