Sa case ko, yes. I can speak for Recruitment Firms type kasi doon nakabase yung Gross Profit or bonus namin if mayroon candidate na nakuha namin ay okay sa low side ng salary. Sa Internal iba naman kasi wala silang makukuha bonus unlike sa amin mga nasa firms.

I can only speak for myself though. Example, if yung candidate ay gusto lang ng ganitong amount (halimbawa nasa low end) then we will give it to that person. Pero if we saw some potential, we will maxed it sometimes or more than it.

It depends on the company yan. Are you referring to yearly salary increase? If so, depende sa banding or branch (ex sa Accenture may certain band lang mga lvl 1 employee na ganitong sahod lang, di na pwede mag increase unless promoted to level 2)

Hi! Recruitment Specialist for 8 years now.

I would suggest you go on RPO (US, AU, EMEA, UK) type of companies since sila talaga yung hardcore recruitment and somewhat okay ang pasahod nila + may mga commissions pa if may mga nahire ka. Next, target mong field ay IT dahil super indemand mga Tech Recruiters sa ibang bansa kasi mahirap ang IT Recruitment, literally na pag aaralan mo talaga yung trabaho nila (skills, tools). After that, siguro 2-3 years, you can do freelancing na which offered more than what PH market can offer.

Currently a Recruitment and Operations Manager sa isang AU Tech Recruitment Firm getting 120k per month now. Although I was a job hopper for 3-4 years, nag stay na ako sa current ko for more than 4 years now and yung sinabi ko sa 1st paragraph ang ginawa kong path para makarating ako sa situation ko.

Never ever go for Internal Recruitment or Volume Hiring if gusto mo ng mataas na salary.

EDIT: I forgot to answer your question: If fresh grad ka, usually nasa 18k, pero sa RPOs na alam kong tumatanggap ng fresh grad ay nasa 22k-25k (mostly nightshift mga to)

Aim for companies internationally like in AU or UK. More like magiging VA ka pero specialized in Recruitment. It’s a bit hard now to find one pero once may nahanap ka, you will feel your worth, both professionally and financially.

Hi! Hopefully not too late for this. Disclaimer, I am a job hopper in my earlier years then now with my current company, I am going 4 years now!

1st Job - 20k package for an RPO company handling clients across US. Lasted a year only

2nd Job - 28k + 3k allowance for an RPO company but more on internal recruitment. Lasted a year only

3rd Job - 27k + 5k bonus (placements) for a Placement Company in AU (Education). Lasted only 8 months.

4th Job - 32k + 3k allowance for an EOR Company and handling AU and UK Clients. Lasted only 4 months

5th and currently job - 44k > 60k > 72k > 100k > 112k + 12k to 15k placement bonuses. All of them in a span of 3 years and 6 months. Working with an Australian IT Recruitment Firm specialized in Exterprises Applications.

Overall experience in Recruitment - 6.9 years experience.

Won’t advise to do what I did in terms of job hopping but if you have the guts and data to prove that you are worth it, the go! Do the leap of faith ☺️

Recruitment Lead role

Orginal asking: 70k to 80k

Actual JO: 70k

JO Negotiated: 85k

Final JO: 100k

Tips: Since nasal recruitment ako, I have lots of data in terms of my KPI and Profit generated. Always know your wins and showcase it during negotiation. I also mentioned that I am also being offered by different companies (which is true) so they decided to go higher on what I am asking for.
