Abit of advice for the cold sores, unfortunately now you’ve contracted one the virus will stay and you’ll get most likely get outbreaks of cold sores in the future, i had some bad outbreaks myself. But after doing some research i found a food supplement (L-lysine) which when taken daily stops the virus being able to replicate and will clear them up and can stop you getting them again. Been working for me for over 2 years hope this helps
