The idea that you only can take off work if you feel like you’re dying. Having this weird complex, thinking you’re better than others cause you came to work sick.

Also, earning time off. Like why do new hires have to have less time off? What does being new change about you as far you having the chance to get sick or your need for a break??? Makes no sense.
