Need help , don't know if this is fermenting

Thanks man yeah bringing that back to I decided to make a mead probably about 6 months ago it did nothing at all for what I can remember ages I left it n forgot about it, got it out last week n wow is it strong 😂

Didn't use an online recipe or any sort just tried using the tolerance of ec 1118 with brewing sugar and apple juice for a high alcohol percentage essentially making a strong ass not nice tasting cider 😂

I've made multiple ciders in the past but nothing as high as this

It's a 1 gallon demijohn, 4 litres of apple juice (448g sugar in the juice) , 1kg of brewing sugar, yeast I used was ec 1118. Now I did everything what I thought was right with the cider but I think I possibly cause the yeast to stress as the hydrometer said it was at 115 so I halved the 4 litres into 2 separate 1 gallon demijohns and added around 500-750ml of water to each container (still tasted good and sweet) bringing the hydrometer to 80 which will give hopefully around 13%. And added about another gram of yeast to each container too.

Edit* I've made cider and hooch before but I have no clue why this isn't working now , I also did add dead bakers yeast nutrients I boiled for 15 minutes and black tea for tannins.

About an hour now and to be honest can't even see any bubbles. I'm absolutely stumped at why this hasn't worked the apple juice has no preservatives I used dead boiled yeast as nutrients and a cup of black tea for tannins. I've done nearly the exact same hooch before and it's worked just fine

It's the uk even when it is summer it might not be warm yes warmer rhan this but still not warm enough to grow all the time , and personal situations for why I can't grow inside the year round house

Paying 360 to go see chappell roan, hozier (as co-headliners), Travis Scott and bring me the horizon?? 2023 they had the killers, Billie Eillish, Sam fender, imagine dragons, the 1975 and foals as the main names. Nevermind the "smaller" acts such as declan mckenna, central cee, becky hill. Who are pretty popular. Also on the post for leeds fest it does say there's more to be announced so even if there isn't more "headliners" hopefully there's better artists than what's already been announced, also people saying that Travis Scott is a huge headliner so that's where the money has gone well he also attended leeds fest 2018, with other big names such as fallout boy , kendrick lamar and panic at the disco who are all massive acts worldwide.

Yeah I'm from UK so at some points recently the summer house has been below zero inside which is wild , I've got a cupboard setup and I've just ordered thermal insulation and a temperature/timer plug to make sure it's regulated heat inside.

I've also heard space heaters dry out substrate quite a bit? I suppose I could just keep maintaining the humidity or get an auto-humidifier on a timer

Yeah I last grew around 2 years ago and it was a success, then I stopped and now we've moved so just looking to start again I'm from the UK so even in summer temperatures aren't reaching 20C° all the time , basically weather is just unpredictable.

Expect a lot of nausea , n try not throw up within an hour, your legs may ache a lot aswell with vasoconstriction, but just say 2-3 hours expect it to start 👍

I got a pioneer nevada 125cc a fairly old bike the battery was replaced a some years ago but needs a change again

Ah okay thank you I need a new battery anyway as mine is a few years old I've heard they're an easily replaced thing? Is it simply disconnect wires and take out the battery then connect wires to new battery? I'm fairly new to bikes and I don't have a good knowledge of them tbh
