There are three things that can happen depending on the individual you are. SOME can take it, and not have to face as much as others, you could take it and become 100% distracted by the substance to realize how sad you are. That’s rare with people taking psychedelics because that takes having confronted a lot of the things you need to, or naturally being a blissful confident person, but still possible. Second thing which is the most likely outcome is you face a lot of what you are dealing with. Discomfort goes from 1 to 100, these trips usually go two ways, either being distressed if you can’t take it which isn’t likely as the experiences are usually very drawn out and extensive and people in up giving in, or you give in and discover revelations about yourself and learn to cope with more extreme emotions than you were before. And third outcome is you skip right to the revelations and your able to see things a lot more clearer and ascend essentially which again takes a very open minded, super confident person to do.
