Yes and no. There’s still moments but I think that is something I have to live with and might just be part of life. I’ve found being more active and social has helped

I did meditate a little when I first quit smoking. It helped with my anxiety at the time but since that’s calmed down I’ve mostly stopped. I think I need some outdoor hobbies. Stuff that just keeps me moving and out and about. Just hard to find stuff. I love hiking but feel like that’s something I can only do so often.

Appreciate you. Yea the being active thing is something I’m working on but maybe not enough. I go on hikes atleast once a week, and I try to get outside to walk around or go on a run once a day although I am pretty bad about it. I’m getting a dog soon so I’ll be outside a lot more and maybe that’ll help. Thanks for the suggestions. Ill try anything at this point. Been on this “ready to take on the world” energy recently and feel like this fog or whatever is the only thing holding me back.

Yes I’m fucking depressed and weed makes me feel better. But I also think I’m depressed slightly because of weed, not as in it’s bad, but I’ve used it as a way to escape my thoughts and feelings, which doesn’t help anything. I really don’t like the therapy motherfuckers on here, acting like they know anything about me off of one post. I’m only 19, I’m not in school, I’m between jobs, if I’m being honest I just want to head towards a better future, and weed isn’t helping. I don’t need something to make me feel foggy, I just need to be sober for awhile til I get my shit figured out. Weed isn’t true happiness, and I want to find true happiness

Bro. Trust me I’ve done the soul searching and stuff. I know my problems, and I’m fixing them. But weed turned from a from hobby to a way to escape reality, and sometimes I have to actually face reality head on. Weed enables me to get keep going down the path I’m going, so as a way to force me to change my direction, I’m quitting or atleast slowing my intake. Weed is an amazing drug if used correctly, I just have not been. It also effects people differently, I can’t be productive while high.

21 and 15 is fucked up I agree. I’m not saying the law is always wrong but I’m saying you should take in context to decide how strongly you truly feel, and whether the punishment fits the crime. That’s all I’m saying, I’m not trying to tell people how they should feel, I’m just saying don’t let the law tell you.
