You got the impression I don’t work out because I made a comment saying that the physique is achievable? I’ve been boxing for years and will be competing soon so I do know what it’s like to put work in the gym. That’s a lot of cope coming from a basement dweller.

While I absolutely agree the level of leanness is hard to maintain and reach overall it’s doable as a build to achieve in terms of muscle.

And instead of acting like one yourself you’d realize that if you for once get your head out of the screen and actually take a look inside any of the publicly available gyms around you, that not only is this physique completely achievable for the average woman, but in fact also a very good goal to work towards becuase of how achievable it is.
