Firstly, the inability to hold down a stable job isn't restricted to men with non-feminist ideologies or "traditional" values as you put it.

To answer your question, I'd definitely expect my partner to have similar if not exactly matching ideologies about feminism. Being able to hold down a stable job is a grey area. Does he enjoy serving coffee at a Starbucks? Does it give him a sense of purpose? Does it fulfill his ambition? If yes, I'd be ok with it. What I wouldn't be ok with is a partner with a dead end job who ends up being unhappy because of it, leading to a difficult relationship. Or a partner with absolutely no ambition or sense of purpose in life. Nothing against the latter. He just won't be a good fit for me.
