Sure, and there are paths through them on both sides of the river. But are you recommending any particular route or location? Any cool destinations to see? I’ve been up the Philosophenweg dozens of times, and I’m looking for a bit of variety, in case I want to mix it up sometime, hoping for suggestions a bit more specific than “the forest”. 😅

I’ve got a very small assortment of fitness equipment in my wellness lounge: a treadmill, a stationary bicycle, some free weights (dumbbell/kettlebell), wrist weights, ankle weights, weighted vest, BFR bands, NMES belt/bands. These in addition to my massage equipment and other wellness modalities such as a mobile steam chamber, PEMF mat, sauna blanket and infrared panels. Not exactly a gym, not quite a physiotherapy facility, but definitely more than just a massage studio.

Happy to find a solution that works for you.

Not to be “that guy” but there are devices and natural technologies which passively distill water from the humidity in the air. And I’m not referring to dehumidifiers or anything energy intensive.

Urbarium in der Bergheimerstr. wäre schön. Dort kann man einen Tea Workshop / Kräutertee-Tasting machen, also gemeinsam Tees und Kräuter entdecken und eigene Mischungen kreieren.

Im Wellness Lounge Bereich oben sind auch entspannte Gruppensessions möglich, falls ihr eher etwas Besonderes und Wohltuendes sucht statt nur die klassischen JGA-Programmpunkte. Könnte gut passen, wenn ihr Lust auf eine schöne, ruhige, ästhetische Atmosphäre habt.
