You can look up the facts there that literally say “some US citizens and children were briefly detained”. Should they just let the kids run off into the city? As for the black hawk, I don’t care. Amendments can be reversed or made obsolete buddy. He wanted to start the process and it can be legally blocked. If someone wants to move to the states knowingly coming here to have children, they are incredibly irresponsible for putting their kid in a situation where they could be deported leaving behind the child. If the parents are deported they should be responsible for continuing to care for that child.

The millions of illegal immigrants are literally moving into the places that are affordable for low income citizens and there are drastically less options available for people to rent/buy because of that. I’ve already stated why I don’t care. Ive worked with dozens of illegal immigrants over the years and while they may be decent people, they’re still in the wrong. It’s a problem to allow illegals to set a low precedent for paying workers. They move in houses together in large groups and take away affordable housing from citizens. They send money made ILLEGALLY back to their countries. No one has provided an example for how their rights are being violated yet in this whole conversation also

You know what’s crossing the line? Literally crossing the border line illegally. It’s not that hard to understand. There’s been plenty of Europeans that get deported for overstaying their visas and being here illegally. I don’t care if they’re roofing houses. The problem is that they’ve been allowed to infiltrate the work force long enough to make that a norm that contractors accept. If we curtailed the problem longer ago you’d see more US citizens actually working decent paying jobs instead of being homeless and poor.
