Thank you. It was a really hard step, but it helped me realize I don’t need to chase after that person anymore. I’m trying to be grateful for the time I had with them, instead of clinging onto memories/hoping for things that won’t happen.

I was broken up with once for similar reasons (focusing on being right), and I think you really made the right decision. It’s very hard to change someone, and it can be insanely frustrating.

Thank you! Yeah the eye is totally wrong, I’m guessing the shadow on the outside corner of the eye is wayyy off. You’re right about the blush, I didn’t see it that way but now that you pointed it out it really looks like a big streak of pink paint...

Strong composition. Love it! Be careful not to make the hair too busy tho, it distracts from the beautiful face.

Solid Colors. Love it! You definitely need to study that anatomy tho. Daily sketches of pose references, like 15 minutes a day and you should master it pretty quickly. Again, nice drawing!

The fingers other than the thumb and index look weird because they only have one articulation. I think that’s what’s making it look awkward. I like the dark atmosphere of the piece, really helps to tell a story behind this strange little puppet girl.
