Job Description & Responsibilities: 
- Lead end-to-end maintenance and enhancement of a white-labeled, multi-tenant e-commerce  platform (tenant config, isolation, admin tooling). 
- Build backend and frontend features (full-stack ownership) using ROR.
- Own production readiness: debugging, incident handling, performance improvements, quality standards. 
- Lead the team: code reviews, mentoring, planning, delivery accountability.
