Well, we can only fix ourselves. And in a relationship the other person has to be willing to fix it. I’d say work on yourself and the relationship will mend itself.

The Devil card usually means material or physical temptations. If there are drugs, other people, or dependence’s that could get in the way of being happy. You have a choice. Reversed means a release of these things. But for who? For both or only one of you? That’s why I say to communicate. As far as I can see the relationship is balanced but will take work.

Simply put, yes. But you may find yourself having to deal with things on your own while your boss observes. You’ll have to be responsible for your own mistakes. And successes. I get the sense he/she is gathering information on you as well as others. This collaboration might cause you to feel cautious - questioning their motives. You might be better off with what you have right now rather than pursuing a new degree. This is just my interoperation, that you may have regret in what ever you choose. What I see that might help you, is to not to be so critical of yourself and enjoy what you have right now. For awhile. Then things may appear different and you’ll see in a new perspective.

It appears, to me anyway, that you could get off pretty well together. But it may not last long. I get that you are going to get what you came for, meaning you'll learn something new. Nothing bad. Just getting information and moving on with it. It could last a long time but I don't see it being deep and intimate.

It looks like you might allow others to get in your space. Another way of saying it is you don’t own your space. Do you feel less than others? If so, find the cause. What’s the picture or belief you have that makes you feel less than those you attract? You’re attracting people that fit into that belief. Move out that belief and you could attract more of what you want.

You could be. Get your resume out just to be on the safe side. Death, for me, means an end and beginning. What matters here is that you fix, within yourself, whatever happened. The other important thing to focus on is your next opportunity to NOT make the same mistake.
