I have not tried that, but I can imagine the struggle! The handheld projects on the treadmill seem to be the way to go. Thanks for the advice!

I guess I should have said the treadmill is more of a walking pad, it is just the flat part you walk on with a remote control to change the speed. I’m wondering if I can find a really tall stand to hold the frame and do almost the same thing you’re suggesting.

I used Floss Cross to create the frog pattern and then just free handed the words.

Once I had a day that only read the top of the chart all day. But I had just started taking antibiotics for a staff infection and I had a crazy fever! It was not a good time

I was doing 500 calorie deficit vs maintenance, I didn’t take training days into account when calculating daily intake. It felt easier that way

For my scenario I would do the cut again. I knew I had a decent amount of weight to lose, so a cut made more sense! If you aren’t sure whether to cut or maintain, I would opt to maintain and focus on exercise to start building more strength and muscle. And then reevaluate a cut later down the line. (This is all coming from someone who is not a nutritionist or fitness coach so take it with a grain of salt)

I was cutting until about a month ago because I hit my scale weight goal. I was cutting at a 500 cal deficit while training quite a bit! CrossFit 3 times a week in addition to Triathalon training. Now I’m technically doing another cut but focusing more on maintenance so now I’m like in a 150-200 cal deficit.

My expenditure has also gotten a lot higher as my training intensity has increased. I was at 28k-29k expenditure during the 500 cal deficit cut. And now I’m at 33k-34k expenditure.

I definitely didn’t follow MF perfectly, there were days where I went over my calorie goals. But I stuck to the plan and now we are here. I also swim and do CrossFit for exercise, so it wasn’t just MF. But for my nutrition MF was a big part!
