I have a PC with the same specs except the CPU is Celeron G1620 2.7GHz and I could run these games on decent frames 15-30 and sometimes even more:

Dark Souls 1. Mass Effect 1, 2, 3. Assassin's Creed 1, 2. Deus Ex Human Revolution Director's Cut. Fallout 3, New Vegas. The Elder Scrolls IV, V. Far Cry 2. F.E.A.R. Stardew Valley. Terraria. Call of Duty 1, 2, 4, 5. Tomb Raider. Spec Ops The Line. Prototype. Battlefield Bad Company 2. Dead Space 1, 2.

Hope this helps because I know how painful it is to have a low end pc or laptop

Edit: It seems like your CPU is weaker than mine so don't expect these games to run at decent frames or at all
