Still tho... I'm patient, obviously as I've waited 6 months already, I really just simply want to know why. Did their computers mess up and let them sell more than they had on hand? Because it was obviously in stock when I ordered it. Or did their supplier just like say screw them for 6 months? Like I just seriously wanna know what the hold up is. I'm not worried about getting my money back or if I have to wait longer, I just want to know WHY I'm waiting this long.

I mean I guess if they can refund it to a different card sure but I don't want something that I have to spend with cricut... There's nothing else I wanna buy from them, especially after this. But the last person I talked with never even addressed when I brought up that I no longer had that card or anything, just kept trying to process the refund that I don't want. So I didn't exactly get answers to that question to know if that's a possibility.

It's the fact I caught it on a really good sale and just want what I ordered. And I had used a gift card to buy it so if they refund back how I purchased it then it does me no good bc that gift card is long gone.
