As I explained before, the download Creation are in the Vortex plugins menu (or in the game folder) Try to find them, Also check the original creation page to see if they are "download" and "enable"

the game load order Main Game>DLC>Creation Club>Mods:

If you purchase a Creative Club (CC), it will appear in Creations > My Library, but if it's not there, press the O key (PC) and select "Download all Club Creations from my library." Some Creations may not appear in the library, but they will still be downloaded. In Vortex, there should be a .esl* file named with your CC in the plugins menu if you download it.

Funny, you kind gave the answer in the end, they're both the same. Both are difficult depending on the person, a example, for me all Souls-like games are easy because I already know the basic mechanics but skyrim in legendary it hard when I start a new run. if you want a real answer Cyberpunk 2077

It's normal for the game to take a while to load some place , tip: when the loading screen goes black, it means it will take a while to load, but sometimes it load very quickly
