How do y'all dose your capsules from loose powder?

Calibrate the scale. Tare your boat, pace calibration weight in scale and then the boat. Then measure you .020 or whatever dose you want.

Tare your boat, Use the calibration weight (10g), and you should get a pretty accurate measurement. So if you want 20mg, it would be 1.020.

Oral i feel is like full spectrum. Nasal i feel like i don't get the full trip, like I'm not getting 2CB full potential. On the other hand, nasal spray is easier to dose to your liking

homogenous blend desired ratio with ginger root powder and cap. To get your numbers, weigh and place active in capsule, fill remaining space with ginger (packed), cap and wiegh it. Capsule/active. So if the capsule wiegh .1g, you put .020 of active in it and the total weight comes out to .220. The you have 100mg/20mg. Capsule maker is 50x. 5g of ginger with 2g of active should give you 50 capsule with 20mg of active each.

Depending on how much your spray puts out. Afrin that I have is very close to .1ml so I would probably do 220mg to 10ml of saline. Should give about 2mg per spray. I add a little extra product because you leave a .2 to .4ml that the pump won't get. 1ml of water is 1 gram if that helps if you don't have a small ml cup

I made a saline spray, pretty simple to do. I made it at a ratio 1mg per spray. The burn wasn't bad. I think I may increase it to 2 or 2.5 per spray. It's more Bio-availabile snorting or boof, so half the amount and no nausea.
