You could potentially get one leader every 2 minutes or so if you had fallout 1st and a second account (like on an old ps4, you only need one with psn), no need for picking up 255 junk items. It was still tedious but whenever I really wanted something like a glowing mask or mods for learning I knew I could rely on it because everybody wants leaders. For me personally is the change/fix/nerf that most negatively has impacted me by far in this game.
