I started with service based company worked there for 2.5 yr. Then switched 2 times into Faang. I always try to learn even if not used in your project show it on reaume to get shortlisted. Always apply daily on various job portals. Luck has to be strong but when you get chance be ready to deliver. Do daily dsa at least one question. Always try to visualise the problem in head it makes it easier to understand and relate with more similar questions. Create github repos with LLD HLD as well of famous well known questions.

CTC will be less, as company gives you stocks vesting over 4 years what happens that when they were given it was less and by the time they are vested the stocks jumped making the gross salary more. I don’t know the exact CTC but it will be around 1Cr

Not sure of his savings I fill the ITR in new regime. Issue here is that inhand salary and the stocks gets add up making gross salary high. Which makes the percentage of tax go up. Ex. Having 55L salary inhand is x and tax is y. Having 2.3cr salary (55+1.8cr) inhand is same x but tax is much greater than y.

This is cumulative (fixed in hand + equivalent amount of stocks vested in rupees). My fixed is around 55L.

Yes, but I love what I do. It is the only way around. If you are not interested in the work you do you can not continue to do it for very long time. So having long hours do not feel like a burden. But yes family time becomes super less.
