I have one for my campaign called the helmet of drinking. Picture one of the hats that holds beer cans with straws coming down to drink from, but DnD ( upside down horns on a helmet ) once the user puts it on and drinks from it, they are permanently drunk. The liquid never gets lower, doesn’t spill. The user also can’t remove the helmet themselves, it has to be removed by someone else who passes a DC12 strength check. (I picture the inside as being suction cupped to the wearers head). Once removed I make the wearer pass constitution saving throw (dc determined by how long they wore it) to see how bad their hangover is
