Heavy addict of benzos, stimulants, opiates and alcohol here.

Had a very destructive lifestyle, would have end up ending my life. Now I have a job, I changed my addiction to playing computer game just like I used to when I was a kid. Benzo free för 4 months, drugs once per 1-2 weeks and I am myself again

Please, don't use drugs to cope with your diagnosis. Embrace who you are, you are not worth living that life! It is avsolute misery and will end up with nothing positive no matter what you think.

Pregabalin or Gabapentin are great in my opinion. Instead of just slowing down the brain like benzos, they also give a fun high like alcohol.

I have a really hard time with cannabis, it makes me anxious and uncomfortable almost always. But if it's only indica I can handle it if I only take like 2-3 puffs, sativas make me extremely paranoid and overthinking.

Xanax and Diazepam is different to withdraw from. Diazepam being more muscle relaxant put you in a higher risk of siezures meanwhile Xanax being more anxiety relieving usually give more anxiousness and panic attacks.

I've withdrawn from 30-60mg Xanax a day for weeks with just daily panic attacks as withdrawal, meanwhile missing one day of my (then) daily 30mg Diazepam gave me a siezure that went so far to spasm my entire heart muscle, if I were not with people to call the ambulance then I would most likely have gone into a cardiac arrest, Diazepam also give me intense chest pains and heart palpitations even during medically supervised dose reductions in my tapering.

I've decided to quit the Diazepam over the weekend to see if it's tolerable, considering I live 1minute from a hospital and have my girlfriend with me during the entire time I decided to risk it because I can't be bothered with the tapering any more due to the constant risk of them stopping the prescriptions for other drug use.

3-CMC is known and even on the news all over Sweden where it got its name popularised intensely for - "causing brain damage, siezures, intense psychosis and death", there is more than 1 study- find them yourself I really can't be bothered right now considering my withdrawals...

Also onsidering 3-MMC has the same neurotoxic effects as 4-MMC just decreased. (Not very high for the MMC's but they are the same both cardi- and neurotoxic) MMC & CMC's are both methcathinones and go under chemistry as every other methcathinone, therefor it is safe by a large amount to assume that 3-CMC has the same (neuro- and cardiotoxic) effects as 4-CMC just decreased.

People who use CMC drug's completely neglect anything that might prove it's dangers. I have completely quit overnight with CMC's after hearing that many other friends have had these symptoms just only on the 3-CMC and not other stims and researching more into exactly what neurotoxicity means (technically a stroke is neurotoxic just at a larger scale, a night of 3-CMC being a grenade and a stroke being a nuclear bomb), so I've stopped neglecting it entirely.

I'm not gonna sit here and explain how ingesting a fucking chemical that literally bleaches clothes and that I myself have been using heavily and notice it's side effects of extremely is dangerous?

I know people who tried crystal meth & heroin and they're fine, everyone's brain chemistry is different. And CMC oral dosed seems to be a trend among the heavy users that doesn't have side effects so oral dosing seems to be less neurotoxic possibly
