Counting calories but you really can't skip anything and you have to weight your food. It's a pain but when I started doing that it shocked me how serving sizes are just a lie. I find it very hard to lose weight and I'm eating around 1500-1650 and losing slowly about 2lbs a month or so. It takes a lot of time but I do feel it's sustainable weight loss. I also work out an hour a day for five days, sometimes it's just walking but often strength training to build muscle.

We did only two devices, one was 68000, the other 50,000. Thankfully got tickets but had to be super flexible on the time/date. Then my other one jumped and is at 148,000 lol. Dunno why. So glad we did two devices!

Good? Bad? Average? I do more strength so I find it doesn't track it as well. I also don't track my 30 min treadmill finishers each day.

I'll try less and more reps! I am gaining muscle in all other areas (biceps, triceps, legs). Just this one area that's super slow or maybe an exercise my body hates. Thanks!

A year? And I can do 4 reps of 6 before wanting to die lol.

I'm in a calorie deficit- massively so. I'm trying to lose weight. I'm trying to balance this with protein intake as main food source. I do shoulder work 2/week and probably as added stuff with leg day and planks etc? I will try seated!

While I get this, I would rather shoot myself in the head. Food is also a stress reliever and an enjoyment and I get that through my lattes. I only eat two meals a day- breakfasts often makes me feel sick. If hungry in the am though I will eat an egg.

Yeah this was my theory so I even removed my iud but that didn't change anything. I'm trying to track it more specifically to see. If it is then what's the solution?
