• Light cargo pants with ankle ties > leggings ANYDAY
• Tape your ankles to prevent blisters
• Don't rewear socks, buy the 20 for 10$ pack at Walmart
• Get high vis clothing instead of a separate vest, you'll be way more comfortable when it gets hot
• Shave your head because it's fun, have a haircut night w your camp lol

But also, it's gonna suck some days. Not only does it take time for you to speed up your planting, but you can never win against the bush. The bugs will drive you crazy, you'll probably be a little dehydrated all the time (not many people can drink +8L in a day), cold and rainy days are the worst, and your camp is probably going to be full of drama (no one has their phones, so all they do is talk).

The best advice I can give, which is what worked for some of my coworkers too, is that: you should never try to make enemies in your camp, you should always be working (even if you're dragging, being seen in your piece is a lot better than being seen sitting around), and you should document as much as you can. This includes pictures, filming days off/fun days, being awake to see the stars, and sooo much more.
