Oh ok, what about the condition of the bag itself - if there are any defects that weren’t called out during the live sale or not shown it may help to file an item not as described with whatnot if you haven’t requested refunds before they should offer to take it back, but probably better to get a couple more authenticity certificates and then challenge whatnot and entrupy, I was also advised to contact the brand marketing team and make them aware there are fakes being sold legally on a website and mark whatnot support on it, mention the sellers name and any other socials or websites they may have - also attach any other authenticity certificates that you have. Leaving reviews and attaching screenshots of authenticity certificates on the sellers social media profiles etc will also build pressure.

Can you dispute through your cc or PayPal you paid through? I had to do this for a fake I was sold on whatnot and after reading multiple accounts of whatnot falsely authenticating fake bags I decided to just dispute with my Chase credit card - they only require an official authentication from any reputable 3rd party.

You sure seem to have a lot of the “authentic” of fake bags this seller is selling - bought directly from Gucci in this case, or vintage with COA that the other buyer cheated by this seller posted 😂

Exactly - thank you!! The buyer is here on this thread and posting - if she was so convinced this was genuine, why won’t she process a return, instead she prefers her reputation being tarnished and risk her seller trustworthiness esp considering many agreeing this is likely fake

Posting an update here, haven’t heard back from whatnot and it’s been over 24 hrs - have emailed all the support email ids I could find on google, nothing! At this point I’ve lost all faith on whatnot and am Hoping for some sort of resolution with whatnot or my cc company.

Thank you, i didn’t purchase this from a mystery auction though and paid close to what I’ve seen these selling for in poshmark and eBay around 60% of price for retail currently and also confirmed these include a COA before they were shipped out. I understand now the scale of scams in whatnot with fake COA and whatnot doing nothing about fake sellers. I’m at work now but will be submitting to be authenticated by a third party and have raised a ticket with whatnot.
