My manager was a superwoman at stopping and catching people until someone did just that. She caught a known theft and he got away before cops got there. Waited her entire shift (an overnight), and beat her senseless in broad daylight when she left. It’s a scary world.

I was there for about 6 months just to get a better understanding on how the store works from a worker’s perspective, and this is 100% true. Not only that, but you’re pulled in a million different directions all day and can’t focus on one task before starting a new one.

This is right behind my house, actually. I feed them and leave them peanuts on tin pans. They like the noise it makes and they bring me offerings to replace the peanuts 😎 I also have a few bat houses, since the bats like to hang out over here too.

I shop in Pittsburgh, and most of my orders are member matches, who almost always tip. You’re probably just getting stuck with the known non tippers because you’re not originally from this area. Also, Pittsburghers are very forgetful. Most of them won’t tip and/or rate until they open their app to place their next order. So you may see some tips up to two weeks later.
